Técnica de Embalajes, S.A. – TESA, started it activities in 1976 in Marchena (Seville) – Spain. The factory and its offices occupied a surface of 5,000 square metres, of which the latter covered 1.400 sq.metres. In 1998, the total coveredl surface reaches 15,000 sq. metresand the factory and offices cover 3.050 sq. ms. We are certified by AENOR and all our products go through a thorough quality control .

TESA, comprises five Production Divisions, each one devoted to a particular industry sector:
ROADWAY SAFETY for motorway signage
REELS, for coiling up cables
ICEBOXES AND COUNTERS for refreshment and beer industry.
NAUTICAL APPLICATIONS
SPECIALS PRODUCTS.

75% of the production is manufactured with P.E. (Polyethylene) by means por Rotative Moulding. All the P.E. used is cleared for food usage and fully recyclable.
The remaining 25% is made up of PRFV (Fiberglass-Reinforced Polyester)
95% of the product manufactured by TESA are in-house desingns, while the balance are special products, ordered to our customer specifications.

The entire factory conservation operations, as well as the manufacture and repair of the moulds and the production of prototypes are exclusively performed within TESA, in order to ensure better service, prices and delivery deadlines, for any new project undertaken.
